Breathing!!!!! (Two Basics Breathing Exercises to Improve Posture and Feel Good)



When we focus on breath it re-centers joints and helps the body unwind (not stress). It’s one of the best methods to make the body feel better and relieve some pain.


In the video below I take 2-3 minutes to talk about two basic positions/exercises that promote deep breathing and focus on these two aspects primarily.
