You may have heard that if you want to lose weight, you cannot eat any of this “junk food” but I believe that treat foods, like all foods, can have a place in your life without sacrificing your goals.
Many of my clients hesitated to hire a nutrition coach at the beginning because they figured it meant a lot of pain and suffering and restriction, but I believe there is a better way!
We can keep an eye on our health goals, whether they include weight loss or not
WHILE still keeping the fun in life!
That’s my motto for my approach to Nutrition coaching because if we want lifestyle changes, our habits need to be sustainable and fit into our normal life.
