Let’s talk about the Clean Plate Club.
One of the most costly memberships you can have is one to the Clean Plate Club.
It’s so costly, yet many of us never intentionally signed up for the clean plate club, we were just indoctrinated into it by our parents and/ or the decade we grew up in.
Being a member of the clean plate club is really about overeating by finishing everything on our plate because that’s what we were taught to do.
In an era when food was scarce and there was no guarantee when your next meal would come, finishing everything on your plate is logical and emotionally satisfying.
Overeating is never comfortable, that full feeling when your pants are screaming to unbuttoned is unmistakable.
Overeating is also uncomfortable later on when you feel regret or frustration.
Wouldn’t it be great to end cleaning your plate and learn to stop at the exact moment when you’re satisfied.
How good would it feel to end the meal when YOU’RE done, not when the food is good.
Even if you’re concerned about wasting food, I’ll show you how you can eat until you are fully satisfied and then stop even when that half of a piece of pizza is still staring you in the face.
I’ll give you the exact actions to stop overeating and break up with the clean plate club.
Click the link below to watch the video. Grab a notebook and pen before you start, you are going to want to write this down. I’ll share the exact steps I use with my most successful clients to leave the Clean Plate Club, end overeating and experience stress free fat loss.
I’d love to hear from you about your break up with the clean plate club.
Best,
Christina
PS. If making change was easy there would be no need for nutrition coaches like me. If you’ve tried numerous diets and are still fighting the weight loss game is it time to consider working with a coach? What if this was the thing that frees you from dieting ever again. I have a couple spots available to do a trial month of coaching with me. If you don’t love it and see results you’re telling your friends about, I’ll insist you take all your money back. Send an email to info@coreprinciples-sc.com with the word “try” on the subject and we’ll set up a quick chat.
