Can you believe it is December already?
Time seems to be such a weird thing lately. Some months feel like an eternity and others just fly by!
If you live in the northeast you know the winters can be brutal up here.
Snow, ice, the cold, wind, and talk about some dirty roads from all the salt!
We know the importance of exercise and how valuable walking is to some people.
If you are fortunate enough you may have some cardio equipment at home, belong to a gym, or maybe you spend the winters down in sunny Florida 🙂
However, not everyone has those options, which is why I am sending you this email today.
Even if you can’t get outside you can still get in some great exercise at home!
I have created a workout that focuses on 3 super important things (Especially for those 50 and better!)
This workout focus on building strength, increasing flexibility, and working on balance.
It is a simple workout that can be done at home in less than 15 minutes.
If you want to exercise more just run through it a few times.
