Sometimes, when life is hard and we feel stuck, we need a different perspective.
Do you feel stuck in a cycle of negative emotions when it comes to your weight loss journey? Maybe the desire to make change for you is really strong, but you doubt your ability to do it, or you feel frustrated by the changes you need to make to get there. Or, some stressful event comes up, and you cope with it by eating MORE and you derail your progress.
That’s really normal! Making change is hard! It’s easy to see the negative side of things when we are trying something new.

That’s why having the help and perspective of a coach makes the difference for a lot of people.
In this week’s video, I share with you one of my favorite tools to use with my clients, called Reframing. It’s a super awesome tool used in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Just like putting a new frame on a picture can give it a totally different look, reframing our challenging situations can help us stay focused, encouraged, and always moving forward.
