What Does a Supportive Gym Community Look Like: The Beautiful people of Core Principles

Most gyms, while advertising the best results in four weeks, look and feel the same at first glance. There is a lot of rubber stuff, a lot of shiny metal things, and people that have headphones watching the latest episode of Orange is the New Black.

Now while I don’t mind the whole, leave me alone and let me do my thing look, I personally prefer a place where people encourage one another, set a standard of effort, and work hard alongside others to make themselves better than the previous day.

Here at Core Principles we pride ourselves on excellent coaching and a strong community. A family mindset is what we have tried to drive home and continue to push in our space.

Over the last year, I have had the distinct pleasure of watching new and old members encourage, laugh and create bonds that go beyond the gym. People her truly care and want to see one another become the best versions of themselves.

What do I mean when I say this….. I’ll give you a few examples……

These people along with many others represent what it means to be apart of the Core Principles Community/Family. We enjoy everyone who decides to work with us and truly look to find the things that make them unique. Even further, we hope to see these people feel the love of one another and the amazing support they can offer.

Thank you everyone who we/I have had the pleasure of working with. You are all awesome and helped me learn so much.
If you are interested in being apart of something more than a gym, feel free to email us at Info@coreprinciples-sc.com or contact us on our FB page at Core Principles Strength and Conditioning.
