It’s been a few weeks since you’ve heard from me, but I am BACK!

How has the start of your spring been going? I know as the weather gets warmer and with the change of seasons, many of us feel extra motivated to focus on health goals.

The change of seasons can do that. Many of my 1:1 clients talk about how the warmer weather offers them a feeling of a fresh start and an extra boost of motivation!
