Sick Of Calorie Counting? Try This.

Have you ever counted your calories?

If you have been part of the dieting world for any length of time, you may have had experience with calorie counting.

Most of the clients I work with have been there and done that and would like to not ever do it again. Yet, with calorie counting comes some sense of control (if I only eat THIS much, then I will lose weight!) and if you don’t know any other way of managing your food intake, it seems like the logical thing to do.

I want to offer you another way to manage your food in this week’s video.

Because the reality is, there tends to be a significant margin of error when it comes to tracking your calories (up to 30% give or take for most people! For a 2,000 calorie diet, that’s up to 600 calories of error! Yikes)

Not to mention the amount of TIME it takes to have to input your food into an app every time you eat. It isn’t very sustainable.

That’s why, with my clients, I never use restrictive diets or calorie counting because I want people to reach their health goals with weight loss in the most comfortable and sustainable way possible. In a way that integrates realistically into their actual life.

I am not saying this method is effortless, but it sure beats pulling up my fitness pal at your holiday party!

Check out this week’s video to see what I mean.

If you’ve been calorie counting for a long time, it can be difficult to “Un-know” how many calories are in your foods, but I want to invite you into a new way of interacting with your foods. Watch
